Design Facility
We have separate design dept with high end software’s like Solid Works (3D Modeling)Pro/ Engineer (3D Modeling) and AutoCAD (2D Drafting) We create our design using 3D.Modeling software and then convert them into 2D for manufacturing purpose. Our Design people’s are technically strong in both engineering and design software’s with color coding.
Quality Assurance
We have a separate quality team for ensuring the quality of each product.Quality team will have regular maintenance of machines and calibrate all measuring instrument once in 6 months.
Manufacturing facility
We have well equipped Tool room facility with Jig Boring M/C, Milling M/C with DRO attached, Grinding M/C, Lathe, Shaping M/C, Tapping M/C, Cutting M/C, and wide Assembling area.
